Theodore Chimiklis

Co-Founder

Ted is a dynamic and accomplished leader with an established track record of sales, sales management and operational accomplishments. He has over twenty-five years of experience building and managing enterprise sales organizations, IT sales, developing in-direct channels and establishing partnerships and operations experience.

Over the course of his career, Ted has held executive positions within several rapidly growing technology companies, including KnowledgWare (Sterling Software, CA) GIGA Information Group (Forester) Object Design (Progress Software), ServiceNow and Informatica and played a significant role generating exponential revenue, leading to successful IPO or acquisition. He has held various management positions overseeing sales and operations in North America, APAC and EMEA. While employed at Object Design, Ted spearheaded the Business Alliance Channel that eventually led to a multi-million-dollar partnership agreement and direct investment by IBM Software Group.

In addition, Ted has held senior management roles at SEAGULL Software (Rocket), including General Manager of the Enterprise Division. Later at Journee Software (acquired by IBM), Ted deployed the initial sales organization to address the nascent Customer Data Integration (CDI) and ultimately Master Data Management (MDM) markets. Ted launched the Partner and Channel sales organization at Initiate Systems (Healthcare MDM), establishing a partner ecosystem that included sixty partners. Zero revenue was driven through channels at the beginning of Ted's tenure, whereas 80% of the company’s revenue ($120M) was derived through partners when Initiate Systems was acquired by IBM. Ted joined ServiceNow pre-IPO and led the Southeast Area direct sales organization acquiring customers such as Coca-Cola, Cox Communications, FedEx, Home Depot, Nielsen and JM Family, along with other F1000 companies. Most recently Ted worked at Informatica, the independent leader in data integration, directing both the East Commercial and SLED salesforce. Presently, he sits on the board of Summit Technology, a Salesforce.com system integration partner, and advises various other technology companies.
